Pour a spoon of this mixture with 150 ml of boiling water and infuse for two hours. Pre-strain, add 150 ml of hot water and use when washing. This mixture is perfect for bathing newborns.

You must observe the following rules for the treatment of yeast infections:

  • Correction of diet. The diet should consist of vegetables and fruits. Food with high yeast content is junk;
  • Elimination of pathological factors that provoke appearance of the disease and maximum protection from stress factors;
  • Apply drug charges in the form of baths and douches;
  • By indications use antifungals and remedies of normalizing microflora of mucous membranes;
  • Don’t forget to take vitamins and normalize mode of work and rest.
